Who is Sienna Pandya-James (She/Her)?

I am dedicated to supporting communities and fostering meaningful collaborative processes.

Sienna holds an Honours BA in History from the University of Toronto and brings a versatile background across arts administration, communications, and project management.

Previously, she served as Marketing and Communications Director for an independent non-profit dance organization, where she led outreach campaigns, coordinated event logistics, and elevated patron engagement.

In her current role as a Community Researcher and Coordinator, Sienna combines her passion for research and community engagement to help design and deliver accessible training sessions, comprehensive reports, and practical toolkits tailored to diverse learning needs.

In her spare time, she can be found baking sweet treats (probably lemon bars) or curled up with a good mystery novel.
